Filmambiente – International Environmental Film Festival Rio de Janeiro

The International Environmental Film Festival Filmambiente has been held annually in Rio de Janeiro since November 2011. For one week, the latest productions from various genres (documentaries, feature films, animation, etc.) and themed film series are shown. The festival aims to use film as a medium to raise questions about sustainable development and promote discussion on this topic in Brazil. In addition to the film programme, directors and experts will be available for discussions.
