The workshop concept is like a toolbox from which educators can choose the tools they need depending on their time and requirements: Can an entire project day be planned? Should a suitable game familiarise young people with the topic of democracy? Which articles of the Basic Law are most important and who decides?

For a successful project day, we plan

1. a playful introduction that prepares for the topic
2. an intensive brainstorming session on the concept of the art of the future
3. a thematic module that deals with democracy in times of transformation
4. one of our games that activates the whole class

Each module can be used individually or in combination with others. All the necessary materials are provided on our website and can be printed out and used immediately as required. There are instructions for each module that explain exactly what needs to be prepared and how much time is needed.

Want an example? In Module 3 - Democracy in times of transformation - a mini simulation game is carried out: Who is right - the federal government or the "climate glue"? Here, the limits of representative democracy are explored, the advantages and disadvantages of social councils are sounded out and the question of whether humanity can be saved against its will is addressed. Voting is by mobile phone!
