Creativity | Encounter | Diversity

The Creative Together project launched creative workshops in 20 cities and municipalities across Germany to bring together young people with and without a migration background, thereby promoting encounters and diversity. ECOMOVE developed flexible workshop concepts in the areas of music, theatre/dance, street art/graffiti, video/animation and photography and offered them to youth and integration organisations throughout Germany. The workshops were carried out in cooperation with local partners, with ECOMOVE providing support in the form of concept development, professional trainers and materials. The creations were presented in the individual partner locations. At the end of the project, a jury selected and awarded prizes to the most interesting contributions. In addition, a ‘train the trainer’ workshop was developed and offered to those actively involved in integration work in order to strengthen their capacities and skills.
